Training Programs

Our Level 1 & 2 classes establish the core techniques that the entire Krav Maga system is built on. These fundamentals form the foundation for every advanced skill students will learn later. In these classes we focus on essential combatives, basic self-defense skills, mindset, and developing controlled aggression. Training is designed to challenge students both mentally and physically, with improved fitness and weight loss as natural secondary benefits.

Adults

Level 3 & 4 classes take the fundamentals learned in Levels 1 & 2 and apply them in more dynamic scenarios. Students expand their weapon-defense training into more complex angles and situations, learning how to adapt their existing skills to unpredictable realities. The emphasis remains on using solid basics to solve evolving problems with confidence and efficiency.

Our Teens program mirrors the adult curriculum, with adjustments to pacing and belt progression that make the material accessible while still challenging. Most training is done within the teen group so students can progress confidently, but teens also integrate into adult classes when appropriate. This structure gives teens the space to learn at their own pace while still being pushed and held to high standards.

Teens

Our Junior Krav classes are open to children between 8 and 12 years old. We teach practical and effective self-defense techniques and combatives, and students learn the importance of respect and cooperation. By encouraging these values, and with an emphasis on attention to detail both on and off the mat, students increase their focus, and learn to value self-discipline, creating a strong foundation for navigating life.

Juniors

Our Little Warriors program (ages 5–7) is designed to prepare young students for the Junior level by introducing them to fundamental combatives, beginner self-defense concepts, and structured partner drills. Training is paced to match their developmental level while still reinforcing focus, listening skills, and task completion. This early foundation helps students transition smoothly into the Junior curriculum as they grow.

Krav Maga Principles

From our Little Warriors to our Adults, every class is rooted in the same powerful Krav Maga principles that make training here practical, consistent, and effective.

  • Techniques should be simple and direct, based on natural instincts as much as possible.

  • Techniques should be rooted in Strategies that work against a variety of attacks.

  • Techniques must address the immediate danger.

  • We train from a position of disadvantage.

  • Training must include the stress experienced in real attacks.

  • It is the initial movement that is important to save yourself.

  • Techniques should include a simultaneous Defense and Counterattack.

  • Techniques should utilize the concept of closest weapon to closest target.

  • Techniques should be focused on using the strongest part of our defense against the weakest part of the attack.

  • The ultimate goal of self-defense is to get home safe.
